Join us at Forum Homini for a Journey of Taste as we create dishes and flavours from around the world.
Once a month a special evening, will be held with the first being on Friday, 8 April. The theme for this evening will be “A Moroccan Affair”.
Guests will be whisked away to the sandy dunes and latticed windowed houses and castles of Morocco, to taste dishes such as, red pepper salad * spiced chicken with apricots and raisins served alongside lemon pickle and stewed white beans * tapenade lamb, couscous, smoked and spiced olives and let’s not forget the dessert, toasted Moroccan orange cake, cumin and cinnamon ice cream, rice pudding, fekkas, to name but a few.
