The Rooibos industry has flourished over the recent decades, producing not only a wholesome and refreshing naturally caffeine free beverage, containing no sugar or additives, but has become a popular base and ingredient in a variety of products, from cosmetics to food.

It is however thanks to Rooibos Ltd’s new cookbook, A touch of Rooibos, that Rooibos has won new acclaim in the culinary field and is now a trendy companion in the kitchen. 

Rooibos has long been used to replace the liquid content of any recipe for extra zest and flavour creating the perfect base for soups, stews and sauces and also used as a natural tenderiser, however there are so many other exciting uses.
