Valentines day special!
Celebrate love at Forum Homini Boutique Hotel and roots restaurant and be treated in true Mediterranean style as Greek mythology intended.
On arrival guests will be greeted in the Greek amphitheatre with a delectable love potion and aphrodisiac appetizers to set the mood for an evening filled with love. A sumptuous 6 course gourmet dinner will follow in roots restaurant with delicacies and delights including a greek banquet of seafood and olive dips, poussin with ricotta tortellini and to finish this heavenly spread complimented with a flourless chocolate torte with grand marnier quince compote (quince, the fruit of love).
The sensual night will be filled with the beautiful music and the nightlight will glitter with fire torches highlighting the charming dam. Guests who decide to stay over in the luxurious cave style suites of Forum Homini will enjoy a cocktail on arrival with a romantic Valentine's turn down including Moreson Cap Classique and a valentine's gift.

Interactive cooking with Philippe
Imagine hosting a party for friends and being able to create a masterpiece of a menu what "wows" your friends to unimaginable lengths? Well now you can at the roots cooking club.
Interactive cooking classes are becoming most popular at roots with Philippe waving his magical talent and assisting guests to create recipes of spectacular proportions.
Class sizes vary from 6-12 people over a 2 hour period. Philippe whips up dishes that will enhance any private party and that will make you the chef patron of your own kitchen.
These interactive cooking classes are ideal for corporate team building sessions, year end parties and private groups.

Our monthly tasting with a yeasty twist! Join us this month for a beer tasting and enjoy food paired to a selection of Belgium Ales and Philippe's very own home brewed unfiltered white beer German style with a scent of Honey, Ginger and Buchu.
