Luxury Caves roots Restaurant Meetings Weddings

We would like to introduce our patrons to our Wall of Acknowledgement on which we place some of our guest's feedback. This wall is to acknowledge our patrons and pay homage to them for all their support and company over the past four years. If you have not visited us yet, take this opportunity to hear what our guests have experienced and make Forum Homini and roots the next stop-over on your itinerary for either a stay over, a lazy Sunday lunch in the warm winter sun or attend a special evening like the ever-popular wine tastings or the epicurean evening which is a culinary fun and adventurous occasion.

DINING
What an absolute privilege once again to have spent an afternoon on the tranquil deck at Roots restaurant. Just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed the superb meal. We regularly dine at your establishment and are proud to see that you have once again been voted one of the top restaurants in the country. "Doen so voort" Ansu Cloete (on behalf of "The Lunch Club")

SPECIAL OCCASIONS
My wife and I would like to thank you for an excellent experience. We enjoyed the dinner and thought that it was well worth the price to take the optional wine teazers. The room and the view were great and the brunch was just the thing to finish off a perfect anniversary. We will definitely visit roots and Forum Homini again in the near future. Eugene Nieuwoudt

I must tell you that I have had rave reviews from all of the attendees – they loved it! There was no criticism at all. Thank you so much for all your help and making MY job easier.
Rene Weyer - Discovery

YEAR-END FUNCTIONS

WEDDINGS
Selecting the right wedding venue is one of the most important decisions that any couple can make. After weeks of venue visits and disappointments, the moment we arrived on the property, we realized that Forum Homini – the place of humankind - was where we wanted to declare our love and commitment to each other. From the significance of its location and the history, to the scenic natural environment and the stylish, distinctive decor and design, Forum Homini exceeded our expectations of the ultimate wedding venue! The superior quality food and wine and the exceptional service made this a memorable experience, not just for us, but for our guests as well. If Forum Homini is the jewel of wedding venues, then the honeymoon suite has to be the prized diamond! The perfect haven to nurture and foster the beginnings of our new life together... Windsor and Robyn Thekiso

Forum Homini greetings

Dear Forum Homini Patron

We have experienced an amazing 2010 World Cup season. We kept track of every match and incident and for a first time soccer supporter I thoroughly enjoyed the sport. We congratulate all the teams on a job well done and especially to Spain who fought to the end in the Final which was one of the most thrilling matches of the World Cup. We invite our patrons to celebrate "back to normal" life with a dinner, a brainstorm session or leisure breakaway at Forum Homini and roots restaurant for a good kick start to the last stretch of 2010.

Hominid regards,
Juanita Marais
